FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used for development of underwater deposits of solid minerals with simultaneous dressing. To implement the method of extraction and simultaneous dressing of underwater solid minerals, a section of the mineral is mined with formation of ground-ice bodies with negative hydraulic size and their surfacing. Cutting drum element of underwater combined machine performs mechanical loosening of extracted mineral into particles and their directing due to inertia forces towards loading element. Coolant is supplied from production vessel to underwater combined machine. Magnetic particles of useful component and particles of enclosing rocks, passing through flow of leaving coolant from coolant supply device of loading element, act as centres of underwater ice crystallisation, forming ground-ice bodies placed in space under limiting casing. Loader moves ground-ice bodies in direction of conveyor. In the induction field propagated by the induction plate in the conveyor zone, ground-ice bodies with magnetic particles of the useful component are deposited on the conveyor. Ground-ice bodies containing only particles of enclosing rocks move in space under the limiting casing upwards and float away from the zone of mining operations. Magnetic particles of the useful component deposited on the conveyor are transported to freezing containers, which, as the useful component is filled with magnetic particles, are changed by means of a drum mechanism in the direction of movement, and a transport ground-ice body is formed, which floats to the water surface. Disclosed is a complex for extraction and simultaneous dressing of underwater solid minerals.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of mining operations by reducing the volume of transported rocks, which in turn reduces specific transportation costs and increases the overall efficiency of underwater mining operations.
