SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fluid-based teeth cleaning system (10) comprising a retaining body (20), a fluid supply unit (30), at least one sensor (40) and a control unit (50). The supported body is configured to be connected to the head (60). The fluid supply unit (30) is configured to be connected to a nozzle (80) configured to discharge fluid, and wherein the nozzle (80) is contained within the head (60). At least one sensor (40) is configured to provide information, including speed information, related to the head (60), relative to the user's teeth. At least one sensor (40) is configured to provide information to the control unit (50). The control unit (50) is configured to use information to enable the fluid supply unit (30) to discharge fluid from the nozzle (80) onto the user's teeth.
EFFECT: use of a dentifrice system allows, using less cleaning fluid, to provide optimal cleaning of the teeth, allowing the user, by providing feedback, to effectively position and move the holding body so that the cleaning jet is directed properly.
