FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for measuring the friction wear condition of a clutch system. The system contains a casing that holds together all the elements that make up the system, a diaphragm spring that applies the force necessary to transmit torque from the engine to the gearbox during clutch, a support ring placed between said casing and the diaphragm spring that provides a fulcrum on said diaphragm spring, a pressure plate providing engagement and disengagement in the clutch system, a battery on said pressure plate providing the necessary energy to operate the system, a battery housed in said battery and providing electrical energy, an angle sensor that detects wear on the clutch lining, a processor circuit, providing storage of all received data and connecting electronic circuits, a communication circuit that transmits information received from the system to a communication circuit in the CAN connection, a charging block board that provides charging of the battery in said pressure plate, a support sheet plate that performs separation in the clutch system and connecting the pressure plate and the casing, a washer to prevent deformation between the rivet and the lower part to which the connection is made, a pressure plate rivet connecting said pressure plate and the support sheet plate, a release ring being an intermediate piece to enable the bearing assembly to be mounted, a segment to provide movement allowing movement of said release ring, a segment connecting the release ring and the bearing, a retaining ring to prevent damage to the support sheet plate from the time of manufacture of the traction element until its installation on the vehicle, a housing rivet that assembles said housing, a support sheet plate, retaining ring and pressure plate.

EFFECT: creation of a system that provides instantaneous supply of information about the clutch service life to the CAN line of the vehicle and display of this information on the vehicle dashboard.
