SUBSTANCE: aerosol generating device includes a housing comprising an inner wall defining an insertion space within the housing, and an outer wall surrounding an outer side of the inner wall to form a coil receiving space formed between the inner and outer wall, in which both the insertion space and the space for receiving the spiral has a hole on one side; a heating coil wound around the outer side of the inner wall and located in the coil receiving space, and a cover configured to cover the opening of the coil receiving space and containing an insertion hole providing communication between the insertion space and the external environment of the housing. The cover contains a sealing protrusion located between the opening of the space for insertion and the opening of the space for receiving the coil and designed to be pressed against the inner wall.

EFFECT: preventing the entry of air or pollutants from the external environment into the space in which the heating coil is located.
