Radial ribs 7 and 8 are rigidly fixed on the lower surface of the upper horizontal disc 4 and on the upper surface of the lower horizontal disc 5. Concentric grooves 11 of a semicircular cross-section are made on the lower surface of the upper horizontal disc 4 at the periphery of each stage 9 and 10, on the inner side surfaces of which are rigidly fixed with the same pitch exceeding Dmax, flat vertical ribs 12 located radially, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the material to be crushed, in the lower part of each of which a rectangular cutout 13 is made.
