SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding various materials, used in the production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. The grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. On the lower surface of the upper conical disk 4, radial ribs 7 with vertical protrusions 8 are rigidly fixed on the lower edge, vertical concentric rings 9 are rigidly fixed between the radial ribs 7 with the same radial pitch. Radial ribs 10 are rigidly fixed on the upper surface of the lower horizontal disk 5. The vertical gap between the lower surface of upper conical disk 4 and the upper surface of lower horizontal disk 5 decreases uniformly from the center of disks 4 and 5 to their periphery from (1.1...1.2)Dmax to (0.4...0.6)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. Between the edges of the radial ribs 7 and 10 of the two disks 4 and 5 there is a vertical manufacturing gap, and their height decreases towards the periphery in proportion to the decrease in the vertical gap between the surfaces of the upper conical 4 and lower horizontal 5 disks. In the upper edges of the radial ribs 10 of the lower horizontal disk 5, vertical rectangular grooves 11 and 12 are made in pairs, into which vertical protrusions 8 and vertical concentric rings 9 located behind them enter with a manufacturing gap. The height from the lower edge of each pair of vertical rectangular grooves 11 and 12 to the upper surface of the lower horizontal disc 5 decreases from the center to the periphery (0.5...0.6)Dmax to (0.1...0.2)Dmax.
