SUBSTANCE: proposed carbonated food ice is a frozen, gas-saturated mixture of pre-degassed fresh water and liquid plant extract. Moreover, double-distilled water is used as pre-degassed fresh water. Liquorice root extract is used as a liquid plant extract. Moreover, the resulting mixture is a solution of liquorice root extract in double-distilled water, saturated with carbon dioxide gas under an excess pressure of 0.2 ATM at +8°C. The specified solution is sterile.
EFFECT: improved refreshing and thirst-quenching effect while eliminating an increase in blood sugar levels.
