FIELD: sealing modules.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sealing module for cables or pipes and a method for its manufacture. The sealing module contains two half-shells, each having a corresponding semi-cylindrical longitudinal seat, combined along the long sides to form a cylindrical channel, and sets of liners installed in them. The half-shells are marked along the long side. A method for producing a sealing module includes manufacturing two half-shells having two corresponding semi-cylindrical longitudinal sockets, installing liners in them and assembling, which includes combining two manufactured half-shells along the long sides to form a cylindrical channel for passing cables or pipes. The production of half-shells of the sealing module is carried out by vulcanization of the material in the cavities forming the parts by continuous supply of material with a holding time and temperature, subsequent drying and heat treatment in thermal chambers at a temperature of at least 100°C and humidity not less than 50%. Marking is applied along the long side. The installation of the liners is carried out using vibration sorting, distributing the half-shells according to the corresponding marked cells of the robotic line, and liners are alternately installed into the half-shells using pneumatic manipulators in the required number of pieces, in accordance with the specified internal and external diameters. The liners have smooth inner and outer surfaces, they are secured to each other by pressing with additional heating of at least 70°C.

EFFECT: increased productivity in the manufacture of sealing modules, which retain the ability to change the configuration after assembly without losing the quality and basic characteristics of the sealing module.
