SUBSTANCE: invention concerns extractants used to extract biologically active substances from plant materials. Extractant of bioactive substances from plant raw materials of the following composition, % by weight: apple cider vinegar - 70-80, natural honey - 20-30. A method for obtaining an extractant of bioactive substances from plant raw materials, which consists in adding 16 parts of table sugar to 100 parts of purified water and mixing thoroughly until it is completely dissolved, applesauce prepared from 16 parts of fresh apples is added to the resulting solution, the resulting mixture is stirred and kept at room temperature without access to oxygen for 20 days, after which the resulting young apple cider vinegar is separated from the precipitate present by filtration, then 9 parts of sugar are added to the filtrate, the mixture is thoroughly mixed and kept at room temperature with access to oxygen for 120 days, then 20-30 parts of natural honey are added to 70-80 parts of the resulting apple cider vinegar with thorough mixing, the mixture is thoroughly mixed until the honey is completely dissolved.

EFFECT: proposed method and composition of the extractant makes it possible to expand the arsenal of technical means for the extraction of biologically active substances of plant origin, to isolate a complex of co-extractive substances of plant origin by extraction with a biocompatible extractant, to obtain an extractant composition with its own biological activity-antioxidant effect.
