Dietary supplement (DS) for female body strengthening contains components of vegetal origin, chitosan, taurine, glutathione, resveratrol, glutamine, vitamin C, vitamin B₂, vitamin B₆, vitamin B₉, magnesium chloride, bee honey and purified water. As components of plant origin, DS contains a combined extract of Aralia mandshurica roots, rhizomes with roots of Rhodiola quadrifida, Alchemilla vulgaris herb, Achillea millefolium herb, Trifolium rubens herbs, Orthilia secunda herb. DS contains ingredients at the following ratio in kg per 1000 l: chitosan – 10.0-15.0, taurine – 0.10-0.15, glutathione – 0.15-0.20, resveratrol – 0.15-0.20, glutamine – 0.15-0.20, vitamin C – 30.0-35.0, vitamin B_{2 –} 0.15-0.20, vitamin B₆ – 0.15-0.20, vitamin B_{9 –} 0.05-0.06, magnesium chloride – 1.00-1.40, bee honey – 500.00-550.00, as well as in l: combined extract of said components – 6.0-10.0. To obtain the combined extract, ethyl alcohol is used 40±0.5 % and the combined extract contains the ingredients in the following ratio in kg per 1000 l of the extract: Aralia mandshurica roots – 12.0-14.0, rhizomes with roots of Rhodiola quadrifida – 12.0-14.0, Alchemilla vulgaris herb – 12.0-14.0, Achillea millefolium herb – 12.0-14.0, Trifolium rubens herb – 12.0-14.0, Orthilia secunda herb – 12.0-14.0, ethyl alcohol – 330.0-340.0, purified water – the rest.
