FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in meat processing plants. A composition is proposed for preparing a baked paste with chick-peas, which contains lumpy pork, beef liver, pork bacon, onion, egg melange, fresh peeled minced garlic, natural honey, pitted prunes, ground black pepper, pre-sprouted chick-peas, obtained by soaking it in water for 4 days, moistening with whey until seedlings appear at least 2 mm long and then washing in running water, table salt, drinking water or broth, ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon in the following ratio of initial components, by weight percentage: lumpy pork 50; beef liver 15; pork bacon 20; onion 3; egg melange 2; fresh peeled minced garlic 0.5; natural honey 0.5; edible salt 1.8; pitted prunes 2; pre-sprouted chickpeas 5; ground black pepper 0.1; ground nutmeg 0.05; ground cinnamon 0.05; drinking water or broth 20.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in nutritional and biological value, as well as an expansion of the range of paste products.
