FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of production of citric acid nanocapsules. The method involves adding citric acid to a suspension of sodium carboxymethylcellulose in petroleum ether in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 900 rpm. Next, 6 ml of fluorobenzene is added and the resulting suspension of nanocapsules, filtered and dried at a room temperature. In this case, the mass ratio of core:shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: proposed method provides a simplified and accelerated production of a product with high yield.
