SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, veterinary science and food industry. Method of producing vitamin B4 nanocapsules in kappa-carrageenan is characterized by that as the shell used is kappa-carrageenan, and as a core – vitamin B4, with a weight ratio of core : shell of 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2, wherein the vitamin is added to the kappa-carrageenan suspension in petroleum ether in the presence of the preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 800 rpm, then fluorobenzene is added, the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing vitamin B4 nanocapsules in kappa-carrageenan.
