SUBSTANCE: model of the respiratory system for liquid mechanical ventilation contains a patient's lung simulator, a first medium flow regulator connected to the artificial lung ventilation device via a patient tee, and a trachea simulator. A simulator of the residual volume of fluid in the lungs, an actuator of the trachea simulator and a second regulator of the flow of the medium were introduced. The input of the second medium flow regulator is connected to a trachea simulator, made in the form of an elastic tube, the ends of which are connected to an actuator of the trachea simulator, which has the ability to stretch or compress the trachea simulator in the longitudinal direction. The output of the trachea simulator is connected to a patient's lung simulator, configured to accumulate respiratory fluid and connected to a simulator of the residual fluid volume in the lungs, in the form of an elastic bag.

EFFECT: providing simulation of the parameters of the human respiratory system for liquid artificial ventilation of the lungs.
