SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to compounds useful for inhibiting general amino acid regulating kinase 2 with constant repression (GCN2). The following is disclosed: a compound of one of the formulas XV-a, XV-b or XV-c or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where the meanings of the radicals R1, R are as presented in claim 1. In addition, a specific compound selected from the group, a pharmaceutical composition having a general amino acid regulatory kinase 2 (GCN2) inhibitory activity based on the disclosed compounds, is disclosed, and in addition, the use of these compounds or a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting GCN2 in a biological sample and for obtaining a medicinal product for treating a GCN2-mediated disorder, disease or condition in a patient.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective inhibition of GCN2.
