FIELD: air collision prevention; UAV.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preventing a collision between an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and an aircraft. To prevent a collision, the ADS-B automatic dependent surveillance system is used on the UAV, with the help of which the information about the location, course and speed of an aircraft, also equipped with the ADS-B system, is received. UAV signals are broadcasted, sending data on the location, altitude, direction and speed. Forecast, warning and evasion zone is calculated and generated in a certain way, based on the results of which a decision is made, accordingly, to generate a forecast of the trajectory of an aircraft, send a signal to the UAV pilot about an air collision, and in case of inaction, automatically perform a UAV maneuver to avoid flight path of an aircraft.

EFFECT: UAV flight safety is improved due to the ability to calculate and carry out evasive maneuvers to avoid the possibility of a collision with several aircrafts moving in different planes and at different speeds.
