SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to unmanned aircraft system, unmanned aerial vehicle and method of preventing collisions in flight. Proposed unmanned aerial vehicle comprises lifting force and thrust creation system, flight control system, anti-collision system. Flight control system comprises control unit with autopilot system, navigation system, actuating system, device for data transmission to external control station. Unmanned aircraft system comprises unmanned aerial vehicle, control station with input device, data transmission channel. To prevent collisions in flight of unmanned aerial vehicle, collision situation is registered, anti-collision data is generated and transmitted to autopilot system to initiate avoiding maneuver. When receiving interlocking signal from external control station, avoiding maneuver is blocked, and unmanned aerial vehicle is returned to initial trajectory.
EFFECT: automatic collision avoidance by unmanned aerial vehicle.
