FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to a device used in minimal intervention surgery procedures. The robotic surgical device is intended for performing minimally invasive surgery procedures, configured to insert a removable surgical instrument into and away from the surgical field. The device contains: a main shaft (40), which is cylindrical, contains proximal and distal ends and a smooth outer surface containing a keyway (88) along its longitudinal axis; a main manipulator (32) comprising proximal and distal ends and a proximal segment 114, a distal segment 116, where the proximal end of the main manipulator (32) is attached to the distal end of the main shaft (40). The surgical instrument (44) is detachably attached to the distal end of the main manipulator (32). Motors (70,80), designed to ensure that the main shaft (40) moves along and rotates around its longitudinal axis, with the possibility of moving the main shaft (40) along its longitudinal axis through the second gear (84). The surgical instrument storage mechanism (44) includes: a support arm (60) perpendicular to the main shaft (40) comprising first and second ends, the first end being proximal to the main shaft (40); a housing (66) containing a motor for driving a storage system containing grips (64) that are capable of holding a surgical instrument (44), the housing (66) being movable along the length of the support arm (60); and an actuator (68) mounted on the second end of the support arm (60) and engaged with the housing (66) to cause movement of the housing (66) along the length of the support arm (60); and an introducer (22) installed in an incision in the patient's body, containing at least one hole (28) to allow the main shaft (40) to pass through so that the surgical instrument (44) attached to the main manipulator (32), can be placed on the surgical field. Computer-controlled methods of replacing a surgical instrument in a surgical device located at the distal end of a main manipulator (32) with a surgical instrument (44) located in a gripper (64). A robotic surgical device for performing minimally invasive surgery procedures, with a surgical instrument (44) detachably attached to a distal end of a main manipulator (32); the device contains a mechanism for storing surgical instruments (44), in which: a support arm (60) perpendicular to the main shaft (40), containing first and second ends, the first end being proximal to the main shaft (40). Housing (66) with a motor configured to rotate the carousel (62). Carousel (62) with grips (64), each grip (64) can hold a surgical instrument (44).
EFFECT: reduction in the degree of tissue damage and blood loss during surgery.
