SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trisamide compounds, namely a compound of formula (I), wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from the group consisting of C1-C5 alkyl groups and each of the groups R1, R2 and R3 is in the cis position relative to the non-hydrogen substituent attached in the 1-position to the corresponding cyclohexanediyl moiety. The invention also relates to a polymer composition for the manufacture of molded articles containing a trisamide compound of formula (I).
EFFECT: creating a fining agents that provide low levels of turbidity of polyolefin polymers and exhibit minimal extraction from polyolefin polymers.
