FIELD: driving aids.
SUBSTANCE: system for monitoring and preventing yaw of the wheels of a car and trailer as part of a road train contains two separate subsystems for monitoring and preventing drift of the wheels of the car and trailer. Sensors (1, 2, 3, 4, 20, 21, 22, 23) of vehicle and trailer wheel speeds are electrically connected to microcontroller devices (5, 24) for information processing. Microcontroller devices (5, 24) include blocks (7, 26) for assessing the physical parameters of sensors, blocks (8, 27) for analysing sensor parameters, blocks (9, 28) for comparison with critical values of the physical parameters of sensors, and formation blocks (10, 29) signals, blocks (11, 30) for generating signals, devices (16, 31) for entering, correcting and displaying information, blocks (14, 33) for indicating dangerous conditions, blocks (15, 34) for selecting a mode and transmitting information about dangerous conditions of the vehicle and trailer, block (18) for indicating dangerous conditions, block (19) for selecting the information transmission mode, block (36) for displaying graphic data to the driver of the road train on graphic information device (37).
EFFECT: ability to prevent drift of the wheels of a car and a trailer as part of a road train.
