SHOCK ABSORBER FOR NAVIGATION SYSTEM VIBRATION PROTECTION SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC F16F15/08

Abstract RU 2812257 C1

FIELD: shock absorbers.

SUBSTANCE: shock absorber of the vibration protection system of the inertial navigation system includes a bushing with an axial channel and an elastic element in the shape of a body of rotation, on which a ring frame is made, with at least two points of attachment to the body of the sensor block equidistant from the central axis. The inner surface of the element in the longitudinal axial section is formed from counter-directed symmetrically truncated sections, turning into an intermediate cylindrical section from the side of their small bases. The outer surface of the element in the longitudinal axial section is formed from symmetrical sections associated with the formation of an outer annular groove along the transverse plane of symmetry for the mating surface of the annular mandrel. The elastic element at its maximum expansion is 0.93 of the sleeve surface relative to the longitudinal axis, the internal surface of the elastic element parallel to the longitudinal axis is 0.5 of the sleeve surface relative to the longitudinal axis, and the outer surface of the elastic element parallel to the longitudinal axis is 0.8 of the sleeve surface relative to the longitudinal axis, the elastic element is located symmetrically relative to the edges of the sleeve, the annular groove under the mating surface of the annular mandrel is a body of rotation consisting of symmetrical shock-absorbing elements that form a Y-shaped landing groove for the annular frame, while the thickness of the shock-absorbing elements is 0.88 of the minimum width of the Y-type landing groove.

EFFECT: equally rigid shock absorber is provided, having an equal influence of influencing factors in an orthogonal coordinate system in all directions.
