FIELD: video signal encoding means.
SUBSTANCE: set dmvrFlag to TRUE when at least the following conditions are true: (1) a flag, which is an SPS flag and is a flag indicating that DMVR processing is possible, in the "On" state; (2) gbiIdx is 0; and (3) both luma_weight_l0_flag[refIdxL0] and luma_weight_l1_flag[refIdxL1] are FALSE. DMVR processing is performed when dmvrFlag is TRUE. In this case, gbiIdx is an index that indicates the weighting factor used in the target block from among the many weighting factors included in the gbiWLut table. luma_weight_l0_flag[refIdxL0] sets whether or not the weight w0 and offset o0 are present for the illuminance for the reference image L0, indicated by the reference image index refIdxL0. luma_weight_l1_flag[refIdxL1] sets whether the weight w1 and offset o1 are present for the illumination for the reference image L1, indicated by the reference image index refIdxL1.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of video signal coding.
