FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set of retractors for performing hip arthroplasty using direct anterior access with the patient lying on his back. The retractor set contains a retractor for protecting soft tissues, a retractor for capsulotomy, a retractor for suturing wounds, a retractor for installation in the anterior edge of the acetabulum, and a retractor for treating the joint cavity. The retractor for protecting soft tissues contains a handle with a hole and an inclination 161–163° downwards of the original axis, a curved surface containing a concave inner part, and a tip made rectangular with a bend of a radius of 18–20 mm towards the top of the curved surface. The retractor for capsulotomy contains a handle with an inclination of 151–153° downwards of the original axis, a curved surface containing a concave inner part, and a tip made rectangular with a bend of a radius of 10–12 mm towards the top of the curved surface. A retractor for suturing wounds contains a handle with a hole, a curved surface with a rounding radius of 63–67 mm at the bottom of the handle, a fork-shaped tip made at an angle of 10–15° towards the central axis of the retractor upward. A retractor for installation in the anterior edge of the acetabulum contains a handle with a hole, a curved surface with a rounding radius of 48–52 mm at the bottom of the handle, and a tip made rectangular with a bend with a radius of 12–17 mm at the top of the curved surface. A retractor for treating the joint cavity contains a handle with a hole, a curved surface with a rounding radius of 100–120 mm at the bottom of the handle and a fork-shaped tip made at an angle of 15–20° towards the central axis of the retractor upward.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to reduce the invasiveness of the set of instruments when performing hip arthroplasty using a direct anterior approach with the patient lying on his back.
