SUBSTANCE: devices for measuring the coordinates of points. The contact sensor consists of a body, a pusher probe, a spherical tip, a pin, a plate, and an elastic element. In this case, the body contains a sleeve with a cylindrical inner surface and a flat bottom. The plate has a spherical side face and is located inside the sleeve, secured in the body with a latch. The plate with its lower flat edge rests against the bottom of the sleeve, and with its upper flat edge it interacts with the piston, sprung by the elastic element. The movement of the piston is sensed by a sensitive element installed in a seat on the holder. On the outer part of the holder there is a groove located oppositely with the ridge of the body. An adjusting screw is screwed into the upper part of the holder, which rests on the opposite part against the upper part of the housing and is secured in the housing with a latch. The holder has a cutout for wires through which an electrical signal passes from the sensing element to a connector joined to an external control system and indicator light.
