FIELD: thermometry.
SUBSTANCE: contact temperature control sensors, used in the oil, gas, pipe rolling and automotive industries to measure the surface temperature of objects, measure the temperature of slowly rotating heated shafts, workpieces, pipes, moving sheets of metal during welding, as well as when heating and welding deformed objects. A device for measuring the temperature of a part is proposed, which contains a thermocouple, a holder, a T-shaped bracket, and a housing. In this case, the body (1) is made in the form of a rectangular profile with longitudinal upper, lower and side walls (1a), (1b), (1c) and contains first, second, third parts (2), (3), (4). The first and second parts (2), (3) of the housing (1) are connected to each other by means of a hinge joint (5) installed perpendicular to its longitudinal side walls (1b), as well as by means of a spring mechanism (36) containing a spring (36a), installed parallel to the longitudinal side walls (1c) and secured to studs (36b) passing through the upper and lower walls (1a) and (1b) and secured with adjusting nuts (36c). The second and third parts (3), (4) of the body (1) are connected to each other through flanges (6) and (38) by means of connecting elements (6a), a holder (7) containing a substrate (8) with a groove (9) and a cover (10). At the first end (7a) of the holder (7) there is a tip (11) with a thermocouple (12) pressed to it, intended for contact with the part (34). The second end (7b) of the holder (7) is connected to a T-shaped bracket (13), the first end (13a) of which is connected to the first part (2) of the body (1), on the second and third ends (13b) of which an arcuate rod (14) with springs (15), between which there is a holder (7), a thermocouple (12) wire (16) passing through the groove (9) of the holder (7), a hole (17) in the vertical end (13a) of the T-shaped bracket (13), first and second parts (2), (3) of the body (1), hole (18) of the flange (6) of the second part (3), third part (4) of the body (1), hole (19) in the top wall (1a) of the third part (4) of the housing (1) and connected to the measuring device (20).
EFFECT: simplification of the design, increasing the accuracy of measuring the temperature of an object (part).
