SUBSTANCE: method for increasing the amount of constitutive androstane receptor (CAR). The invention makes it possible to induce the amount of PRX by cultivating a human colon adenocarcinoma cell line in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with a glucose content of 4500 mg/L, containing L-glutamine 4 mM, 15% bovine serum, 100 U/ml penicillin and 100 mcg/ml streptomycin for 10 days, followed by addition of DL-buthionine sulphoximine to the medium until its concentration in the medium is 72 and 50 mcM, followed by incubation for 24 or 72 hours, or 100 mcM, followed by incubation for 24 hours.

EFFECT: ability to develop an accessible and effective method for increasing the amount of constitutive androstane receptor in an in-vitro experiment.
