FIELD: gas mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: methods for separating multicomponent gas mixtures. A method for separating a multicomponent mixture of a gas flow includes adiabatic cooling in a supersonic nozzle, condensation of components and selection of the liquid phase. The flow of the gas mixture is distributed into several flows in parallel spiral channels made in the form of supersonic Laval throttling nozzles, bent in such a way as to direct the flows to the periphery of the separation space, and located along a circular contour so that at the exit from the channels there is a combined flow of the gas mixture received a moment of rotational inertia, ensuring the process of centrifugal separation of particles condensing from the gas mixture due to adiabatic cooling during throttling, with the advancement of condensate particles along the boundary of the separation space to the phase separation device, which removes the condensate particles beyond the boundary of the separation space.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of separation of high-boiling components of the gas mixture.
