FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and can be used for the cultivation of the rubber plant kok-saghyz (Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin) using aeroponic technology under phytotron conditions. The method includes the use of disinfected planting material obtained by a substrateless method, disinfected nutrient solutions and gas-air mixtures, as well as artificial lighting with LED light sources in a mode according to which the duration of the photoperiod is 16 hours, while in the morning and evening hours the spectrum is enriched with red light with a wavelength 630-680 nm with a total light flux intensity of 170 to 400 mcmol photons/m2 s, and in the daytime the spectrum is enriched with blue light with a wavelength of 440-480 nm and UV radiation with a wavelength of 340-400 nm with a total light flux intensity of 400 to 1200 mcmol photons/m2 s. The method also includes periodic partial cutting of the roots, while after each cutting the remaining roots are sequentially treated with an antiseptic and a solution containing the cultural liquid of the yeast Nadsoniella nigra, after which root mineral nutrition is added to the solution, spraying of the roots is alternated with aeration of the roots and supplemented with foliar top dressing with a solution including culture liquid of the yeast Nadsoniella nigra.

EFFECT: method ensures the production of healthy, phytopathogen-free plants capable of rapid restoration of root biomass and the ability to biosynthesize target products after repeated partial cutting of the roots; plants grown by the claimed method are superior in morphometric parameters and in the content of rubber and inulin in the roots of plants grown in the soil by the plantation method.
