FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: used in secondary power supply systems for converting, regulating and stabilizing a constant output voltage, galvanically separated from the input direct voltage and reducing dynamic losses. The device contains a transformer (2), the beginning of the primary winding (1) of which is connected to the positive pole of the input constant voltage source, and the end of the primary winding (1) through a power regulating switch (3), implemented in the form of a MOSFET field-effect transistor, is connected to the negative pole of the input constant voltage source. A clamping element consisting of a series-connected capacitor (4) and an additional switch (5), implemented in the form of a MOSFET field-effect transistor, is connected in parallel with the primary winding (1) of the transformer (2). The anode of the rectifying diode (7) is connected to the end of the secondary winding (6) of the transformer (2), the cathode of which, through a series-connected linear inductance (8), is connected to one of the terminals of the capacitor (9), the second terminal of which is connected to the beginning of the winding (6). The load (10) is connected in parallel to the capacitor (9). The control electrodes of the switches (3, 5) are connected to the pulse-width controller (11).
EFFECT: formation of a constant output voltage from a constant input voltage and the reduction of dynamic losses.
