FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: transformer flyback DC voltage converter with active clamping relates to electrical engineering and can be used in secondary power supply systems for conversion, regulation and stabilization of constant output voltage, galvanically separated from input constant voltage, and reduction of dynamic losses. Device comprises transformer (2), the beginning of primary winding (1) of which is connected to positive pole of input constant voltage source, and the end of primary winding (1) is connected through a power control key (3) in the form of a field-effect transistor MOSFET to the negative pole of the input constant voltage source, which forms a common bus. Parallel to primary winding (1) of transformer (2) there is an active clamping element consisting of series-connected capacitor (4) and additional key (5) implemented in the form of a field-effect transistor MOSFET. With the end of secondary winding (6) of transformer (2) the cathode of rectifying diode (7) is connected, the anode of which is connected through linear inductance (8) to the beginning of secondary winding (6), and to common point of connection of diode (7) and linear inductance (8) is connected anode of diode (9), which cathode is connected to one of outputs of capacitor (10), the second output of which is connected to beginning of winding (6). Load (11) is connected in parallel to capacitor (10). Control electrodes of keys (3, 5) are connected to pulse-width controller (12).
EFFECT: generation of constant output voltage from constant input voltage, elimination of gap from transformer, provision of symmetrical reversal of transformer core and reduction of dynamic losses.
