FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: transformer wide-range flyback constant voltage converter with active clamping relates to electrical engineering and can be used in secondary power supply systems for conversion, regulation and stabilization of constant output voltage, galvanically separated from input constant voltage, and reduction of dynamic losses. Device comprises transformer 2, the beginning of primary winding 1 of which is connected to the positive pole of the input constant voltage source, and the end of primary winding 1 through a power control key 3, which is implemented in the form of a field-effect transistor MOSFET, is connected to a negative pole of an input source of constant voltage, which forms a common bus. Parallel to primary winding 1 of transformer 2 there is an active clamping element composed of series-connected capacitor 4 and additional key 5 implemented in the form of a field-effect transistor MOSFET. Cathode of rectifying diode 7 is connected to the end of secondary winding 6 of transformer 2, the anode of which is connected through primary winding 9 of double-winding linear inductance 8 to the beginning of secondary winding 6. Secondary winding 10 of double-winding linear inductance 8 is connected through rectifier diode 11 to filter capacitor 12. Load 13 is connected in parallel to filter capacitor 12. Control electrodes of keys 3, 5 are connected to pulse-width controller 14.
EFFECT: generation of constant output voltage from constant input voltage, elimination of gap from transformer, provision of symmetrical reversal magnetization of transformer core, reduction of dynamic losses and expansion of control range of output constant voltage.
