FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport, particularly, to emergent shutdown systems incorporated with articulated pipelines of drain-filler units. In the device, a pneumatic disconnecting assembly is installed on the inner flanges, which is a nozzle-body with an inert gas supply channel from an external source, which comprises valve with guide and opening to feed inert gas into space between inner flanges composed along their circumference by ledges on flanges and at least two seals of pneumatic assembly fitted in grooves formed by aforesaid ledges, wherein guide support can be detachable.
EFFECT: provision of external controlled disconnection of emergency disconnection coupling and guaranteed disconnection of pipelines of equipment in emergency situations with possibility of monitoring and control irrespective of high and low temperatures of operation, ice formation and cryogenic temperatures of product during shipment of LNG.
