It is equipped with a lever ratchet mechanism with a ratchet wheel placed on a fixed axis, and with a rotating telescopic U-shaped lever-handle, installed with the ability to be fixed relative to the framework when engaged with the ratchet wheel. In this case, the wheeled chassis is made in the form of three-wheeled assemblies with radial brackets mounted on axle shafts in the lower part of the framework, and each wheel of the assembly is located at the end of the radial bracket.

EFFECT: increased ease of use and expanded functional capabilities of using a walker-wheelchair for people with musculoskeletal problems.
