FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to off-road vehicles; it can be used in wheelchair chassis for overcoming public staircases. Wheelchair chassis consists of a system of three onboard pneumatic wheels of low pressure, located at ends of one of three radial brackets of an assembly, rotating on the central axis, and a wheel drive mechanism. Chassis differs in that each of three radial brackets of the assembly is a combination of two pivot antiparallelogram mechanisms.

EFFECT: possibility of making brackets of an assembly softer and more pliable, which allows for facilitation for chassis of a process of overcoming obstacles in the form of ditches, thresholds, curbs, escarpments, including public staircases.
