FIELD: storage and settling of petroleum products.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is aimed at cleaning containers from petroleum product residues that occupy a large volume. The scraper device for cleaning the container from residues includes an operator-serviceable scraper with an upper handle installed in the container with the possibility of reciprocating movement and free angular rotation. The scraper is made in form of a rectangular symmetrical sheet with a closed window inside and protrusions on the sides outside and inside the window, on top of which a nozzle is installed along the axis, directed downwards and connected from above to a flexible pipeline for supplying coolant through a valve regulator, which is installed on top of a coaxial handle for manual regulation of the amount of coolant supplied to the nozzle. Steam, hot water and/or heated solvent for the corresponding residue can be used as a coolant.

EFFECT: ensuring quick cleaning of the container without violating its integrity due to intense heating of the sediment and wetting the surface under the influence of the coolant.
