SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a drilling device for drilling into a wall and can be used for drilling channels in concrete structures, in particular in above-ground storage tanks for liquefied gas, liquid natural gas, etc. The device contains cylindrical sleeve-shell (12), fixed around the longitudinal section of drill (11), with diameter of D, and conductor sleeve (13), in which sleeve shell (12) slides at least over a distance of length L when drilling into wall (6, 8, 10a, 10b). The said conductor sleeve (13) and shell sleeve (12) are installed using a sliding fit of type H7g6. The coefficient of friction between conductor sleeve (13) and shell sleeve (12) is no more than 0.2, and directional movement distance L over which the directional movement of shell sleeve (12) occurs in conductor sleeve (13) is at least 2.5 times the diameter of shell sleeve (12).

EFFECT: accuracy of location of drilled channels in walls of any type is ensured.
