FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heat-storing compositions used as energy-intensive materials in heat accumulators and devices for maintaining a constant temperature. A heat-storing composition is proposed, including the following components, wt.%: lithium chloride – 75-76; lithium tungstate – 16-15; lead tungstate – 9-8.
EFFECT: ability to obtain a mixture with operability in the temperature range of 472-475°C with a specific melting enthalpy of 350-355 kJ/kg and reduced corrosion activity.
