FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing dried oleiferous medicinal plant raw material for microscopic examination involving grinding of a dried object, extraction of fatty oil with hexane, removing solvent residues from MPRM, treating MPRM with a chloral hydrate, characterized in that the MPRM portion is milled into particles passing through a sieve with diameter of 1 mm, degreasing MPRM in hermetically sealed container such that all MPRM particles are hidden under the "to mirror" hexane layer, at ratio of weight of material (g) : volume of extractant (ml) - 1:50 followed by extraction of fatty oil with hexane for 2 hours while sounding on ultrasonic bath at temperature 60°C with frequency of 50 Hz and power of 220 V, is filtered through a "White tape" filter with further washing of the object with hexane, washing is carried out until absence of pinkish-orange coloring of the solvent drains by qualitative reaction with alcohol solution of Sudan III 0.3%, when it is added in amount of 2-3 drops, solvent residues are removed from MPRM by drying in an oven at temperature of 60°C to constant weight.

EFFECT: described is a method for preparation of dried oleiferous medicinal plant raw material.
