SUBSTANCE: used on irrigation canals. A device for regulating the water level in the downstream of an irrigation canal contains a water outlet pipe, a membrane drive, the cavity of which is connected by a canal with the upstream and a canal with the downstream, a valve installed on the outlet opening of the water outlet pipe, connected by a rod to the membrane of the membrane drive, a float level sensor, connected to a valve installed at the outlet of the canal in the downstream. In front of the flow hole, a disk for initial closing of the valve is mounted on the rod. The water outlet pipe enters the water level tank. At the outlet pipe of the canal in the downstream in the first control chamber, a small chamber with a small outlet pipe and an opening through which a rod passes, connected by a lever to the valve, is rigidly installed. The first float sensor is secured to the rod with a screw. The rod is connected to a water level control device, which is attached to the wall of the first control chamber. The first control chamber is connected by a plastic pipe to the irrigation canal. At the small outlet pipe of the small chamber, which is located in the second control chamber, there is a shutter connected by a lever to a rod on which a second float sensor is secured with a screw. The second control chamber has an opening from which water enters the reservoir in front of the spillway. The small, first and second chambers are made of plastic.

EFFECT: ensuring the supply of constant water flow to the irrigation canal, which prevents overflow of the canal, overflow over the dams and erosion.
