SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a multilayer composite board made of bulk materials and plastic. A composite board is produced by providing independently layered layers of plastic and layers of bulk material, which are pressed in a molten state of alternating layers of plastic and layers of bulk material and cooled. Through this layering, the central layers of plastic provide high load-bearing capacity, and the layers of bulk material, compressed under less pressure than in a conventional extrusion process, create a low density for a multi-layer composite board of bulk materials and plastic.

EFFECT: invention provides a composite material with high load-bearing capacity and low density, improved integration of bulk materials and plastic.
