FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: selective insulating compositions for leveling the injectivity profile of steam injection wells that penetrate a heterogeneous reservoir of high-viscosity oil. The method for leveling the injectivity profile of a steam injection well involves the injection of aqueous sediment-forming compositions. A solution of iron (II) sulfate is pumped into the steam injection well, the mud tank is washed with a buffer liquid - industrial water, it is pumped into the well and the coolant is pumped in at a supply of 50% of the current injectivity. A sodium carbonate solution is pumped in, the mud tank is washed with process water, it is pumped into the well and the coolant is pumped in at a supply of 75% of the current injectivity. Calcium chloride solution and coolant are pumped in at a supply of 100% of the current injectivity. Aqueous solutions of salts are prepared at the same concentration in a ratio of 1:2:1.
EFFECT: increase in filtration resistance in the highly permeable steam zone of the formation, which helps to increase the coverage of steam-thermal effects, and as a result, increase the oil recovery factor and reduce steam breakthroughs to production wells.
