FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for simulating the provision of secure video conferencing with a destructive effect on a transmitted information stream. Technical result is achieved by including a hardware-software complex for fixing the delay of an audio stream from a video stream into the system for simulating the provision of secure video conferencing, as well as the formation of a semi-natural model of the transport telecommunication infrastructure by using a group of routers and a group of servers simulating the provision of various communication services or the operation of computer networks.
EFFECT: high accuracy of analyzing quality of secure video conferencing.
