SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating chronic infectious-inflammatory diseases. Patient’s blood is sampled and an initial value of the immunoregulatory index (IRI) is determined. Primary course of treatment with Pyrogenal is carried out, after which the reference value of the IRI and the value of immunity responsiveness to the course treatment are determined. Further, the coefficient of achieving the target value of the immunoregulatory index is determined and the parameters of the further course of treatment are calculated, which are the duration of the further course of treatment and the dosage of the preparation, taking into account the coefficient of achieving the target value of the immunoregulatory index.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in chronic infectious-inflammatory diseases by increasing the accuracy of prescribing the treatment for the correction of cellular immunity by assessing the set of the most significant indicators.
