FIELD: medicine; immunology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the indications for vaccination against influenza/COVID-19. The immunoregulatory index R=CD4+/CD8+ is determined. If 1.2≤R≤1.5, influenza/COVID-19 vaccination is recommended, except in cases of any chronic inflammatory disease and age over 50 years. If 1.6≤R≤1.8, influenza/COVID-19 vaccination is recommended without restriction. If 1.9≤R≤2.6, the risk of moderate disease after influenza/COVID-19 vaccination does not change significantly. If R>2.6, influenza/COVID-19 vaccination is contraindicated in the presence of allergic and autoimmune diseases, the risk of moderate disease after influenza/COVID-19 vaccination does not change significantly.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of making a decision on vaccination due to immunity indicators.
