SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system and a method for automated generation and application of a reference emotional-intellectual profile (EI-profile) formed by analysis groups. Disclosed is a system for implementing the method, which comprises a server comprising a system for generating an individual user EI profile and/or a reference EI profile by analysis groups, and a system for applying the reference EI profile by analysis groups; a control submodule by which each user is classified into analysis groups, wherein each user can correspond to one or more analysis groups; module for automated collection of user data, including a submodule for collecting text data, a submodule for collecting sensor data, a submodule for collecting audio and video data, by means of which data is collected when each user performs tasks to form an individual user EI profile and/or a reference EI profile by analysis groups; data analysis module, by means of which the collected user data is processed using machine learning methods, and the individual user EI profile is formed or updated, and transmitting each individual EI profile of each user to a module for generating and applying a reference EI profile by analysis groups, which includes a retrospective analysis submodule and an implementation submodule, using the retrospective analysis submodule, generating or updating the reference EI profile for each analysis group by calculating the averaged EI profile for each analysis group based on the individual EI profiles of users belonging to the corresponding analysis group, and using the implementation submodule, the individual user EI-profile is categorized by comparing the individual EI-profile of the user with the reference EI-profile by the analysis group corresponding to the user.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher accuracy and rate of formation of reference EI-profiles.
