METHOD FOR IMPROVING HUMAN EFFECTIVENESS BASED ON ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61M21/00

Abstract RU 2720400 C1

FIELD: computer equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, as well as to psychology and can be used to improve human effectiveness based on assessing and developing emotional intelligence. Method involves evaluating emotional intelligence and subsequent training of a person. At that, during evaluation one performs: installation of one or more measuring sensor sensors on a person, performance of intelligent tasks by a person using information, which is given by emotions, with images of manifestations of certain emotions, audio and video fixation of the person being evaluated and its changes when performing intelligent tasks, in which the video of the person being evaluated and the intellectual tasks performed by him are compared and stored on the recording medium, and processing the obtained data with determining one or more emotional intelligence parameters unsatisfactory with any criteria to be improved. During training and development, the following is carried out: installation on a trained person of measuring sensor sensors, execution by a trained person of training or developing or intellectual tasks using information, which is given by emotions, with an image of manifestations of certain emotions, audio and video fixation of the person being evaluated and changes thereof when executing training or developing or intellectual tasks, at which the video of the person being evaluated and the intellectual tasks executed by the user is compared and stored on the recording medium, and processing the obtained data with determining the degree of development of the emotional intelligence of the trainee and his / her work efficiency as a result of passed training, based on one or more parameters as compared to parameters detected during evaluation, and issuing recommendations on further development of emotional intelligence and higher effectiveness of this person. If necessary – repetition of training.

EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and speed of assessment of abilities of emotional intelligence, accelerated development of emotional intelligence and higher efficiency of a person.
