FIELD: well boring technology. SUBSTANCE: method includes rotation of driving means inside the sliding transfer sleeve of boring tool, said means being in rotary relation with declinatory mandrel placed with possible turning inside sliding transfer tool sleeve and carrying a boring cutter. Then, direction controlling signals are generated, in compliance with which declinatory mandrel is hydraulically positioned relatively to its joint support during driving rotation of declinatory mandrel by means of rotary driving component for supporting of axis of declinatory mandrel mainly geo-stationary and under previously determined angles of inclination and azimuth. Sliding transfer sleeve of tool is displaced with sliding in contact with walls of well shaft during boring for preventing its rotation.
