FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control of the process of re-esterification of rapeseed oil with supercritical ethyl alcohol and can be used in chemical, petrochemical, oil and fat, fuel industry when producing a biodiesel mixture which is the starting product for producing biodiesel. Method provides for stabilization of re-esterification temperature by action on steam flow rate from steam generator to coil of reactor and pressure in reaction zone by action on capacity of drives of high-pressure pumps of vegetable oil and ethyl alcohol; continuous measurement of high-pressure pumps power, agitator drive installed in reactor reaction zone, biodiesel mix removal pump, unreacted alcohol vapors vacuum pump and steam generator power; current consumption of rapeseed oil, alcohol, a biodiesel mixture, vapors of unreacted alcohol; refrigerant for condensation of vapors of unreacted alcohol; continuous production of information on alcohol concentration in a biodiesel mixture in a reaction zone. According to all parameters current values of specific raw and heat power losses are calculated, sign is determined from derivative by rapeseed oil consumption, and if derivative sign is negative, then rapeseed oil consumption is increased, and if sign is positive, then consumption of rapeseed oil is reduced; wherein according to the rapeseed oil pressure and volumetric flow rate of the unreacted alcohol vapors, the current value of the molar concentration of ethyl alcohol in the biodiesel mixture is determined by the formula given below, where Xa is molar concentration of ethyl alcohol in biodiesel mixture, mol/mol; Po is rapeseed oil pressure at reactor inlet, MPa; R is gas constant J/K⋅mol; volumetric flow rate of vapors of unreacted alcohol, m3/h; tr is re-esterification reaction temperature, °C.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of re-esterification of rapeseed oil with supercritical ethyl alcohol.
