FIELD: railway.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the current repair and maintenance of rail vehicles, mainly traction rolling stock of railway transport. During the repair and maintenance of rail vehicles, all units of the rail vehicle are delivered to the workshop at the same time and, maintaining the sequence of the coupling, they are placed in separate repair positions, each of which is equipped with a set of equipment that allows you to perform a full range of basic maintenance and current repair work, including unit diagnostics, maintenance, repair and servicing. All additional work assigned based on the results of the assessment of the technical condition and diagnostics of the unit is performed at the same repair positions where the main work is carried out.
EFFECT: reduced idle time of the rail vehicle for maintenance and repair, reduced number of shunting operations.
