FIELD: burner.

SUBSTANCE: coaxial stepped burner of flare combustion of fuel-air mixture is intended for ignition of coal dust-air mixture at fuel-free ignition of CHP boilers. First stage of staged burner of flare combustion of fuel-air mixture contains reaction chamber, primary channel of oxidant supply, primary fuel-air mix feed channel, fuel-air mix heating device, oxidizer activation device and swirler. Reaction chamber is interconnected with the primary channel for supplying the oxidizer and the primary channel for supplying the fuel-air mixture. Oxidizer activation device and the fuel-air mixture heating device are located inside the reaction chamber. Swirler is located on the outer surface of the reaction chamber. Coaxial stepped burner of flare combustion of fuel-air mixture contains the first stage of the burner, described above, the reaction chamber of the second stage, secondary channel of fuel-air mixture supply, secondary channel of oxidant supply, secondary oxidizer activation device and heat-insulating casing. First stage of burner, secondary channel for supply of oxidizer and secondary channel for supply of fuel-air mixture are interconnected with reaction chamber of second stage of burner, secondary oxidizer activation device is located inside the second stage of the device; at that, the heat-insulating casing is located coaxially to the first stage of the reaction chamber.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of ignition and combustion of fuel-air mixture.
